Gin or vodka, wet or bone dry, twist or olives, up or on the rocks, stirred to proper dilution and served genuinely cold. Ask for a 50/50 for something lower proof, a Gibson with pickled onion, or a dirty pour with extra brine and blue cheese stuffed olives. The espresso martini is pulled fresh each service day, shaken twice and double strained, and can be ordered affogato style over pistachio or vanilla gelato.
